Altered Function

Altered liver and kidney function can affect drug clearance. For drugs with high fe, renal dysfunction will decrease CL. Liver dysfunction will not affect the CL of these drugs.

For drugs with low fe, liver dysfunction will affect CL, but renal dysfunction will not.

Adjust fe, liver and renal function to see what happens to drug clearance.
